Inconsistent, bad technicians, service, internet
Xfinity internet has been a rollercoaster. Have been only seeking consistent internet, which xfiniry fails to provide on a monthly basis. The interruptions and the response tome to solve these issues are ridiculous, for a company that claims alot, it ain't all that. I am considering switching services more than ever and currently looking to. The app has been a nightmare and moving was impossible, they opened two accounts under one name and I could only ever access one, I paid towards internet for a house I didn't even live in anymore until I found out after my internet was cut off cause they never received the payment to the proper address. They have costed me work and money and time that I don't have.
