Incomplete service installation since December 2024
We had new service set up in December 2024. The person that connected the line left the fiber optic cable running across my lawn from the sidewalk to the side of my house. It is still laying across my grass since DECEMBER 2024! The person that connected the service said they aren’t paid enough to pull the fiber optic cable through the underground conduit and that someone else would need to come out to do it. No one came. Several calls and tickets put in and even chatting with a manager and keep being told someone will be out in 24 hours and it will be connected properly and nothing has been done; no one has come out. It’s still laying across my lawn and not installed underground like it should have been since December. Horrible customer service and employees trained to lie to customers.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
