Incomplete installation

Hello, I had my internet service connected from the street to my house by one of your service technicians. Everything's working, but they did not finish trenching the line and they did not install the weatherproof box that went around their external cable connections on the side of my house. How can I go about  getting these corrected on my installation?

user_dgzt9d How long ago was your initial install completed? Typically, it takes around 45 days for the team to follow up to bury the line after install. Permit acquisition and finalizing that process takes a bit of time, and then it would be slated for finalizing everything.

My install was completed 3 weeks ago and they did bury/trench in a portion of the line already.  They missed a section and the box install coming into the house.  They did the trenching a week or so after the initial install.
