Incompetent Customer Service

Recently we just had a few people working on the networks lines near our home, afterwards our WiFi got remarkably worse compared to how it was before anyone worked on the lines. We’ve been having intermittent network connectivity since then and I’ve done literally everything I can do try and fix the problem without moving to a different ISP. But unfortunately I’m left with no choice, we’ve gotten a new router twice, talked to agents on the phone and in person, had 2 technicians come over to our house to asses and fix the problems we’re having, the common denominator is that nothing gets fixed or customer service tells me they “can’t do anything”. Are you kidding me? So I have to live with [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] WiFi because the company that PROVIDES me with my WiFi cannot fix a problem THEY created. Unbelievable, genuinely. I’ve been with Xfinity for 12 years, I am a diamond member and none of that matters. I don’t want to be put above anyone else but the fact that I can’t get any help despite my loyalty to this company makes me worry for people who haven’t been with Xfinity as long as me. The customer service with the company is genuinely some of the worst I’ve ever interacted with, and they also aren’t even in the United States as xfinity outsources all of their customer service agents from other countries, absolutely embarrassing for a company that nearly had a monopoly in the US.

I completely understand being a bit frustrated when you are not receiving the speed you are expecting. I will be more than happy to look over your account and check for next steps to have this issue resolved. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
