incoming emails problem

Duplicate emails keep downloading. Why?

wolfe900 Ok great, thanks for clarifying that for me! Can you please make sure your iPhone has downloaded the lated iOS version? Also, please check your Apple mail settings using the information found here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email. Please let me know if that does not resolve the issue.

I deleted existing account and reset the account. Now works fine.  Thanks.
