Included steaming broken

my Internet plan is supposed to come with Peacock streaming but when I click on the link that was emailed to me to activate it it will say either you have no streaming subscriptions to activate or Peacock is not eligible for this plan but I know it is supposed to be eligible for my current plan so I’m not sure what’s going on.
