Incentive rewards

I can't get a straight answer when I'll receive my gift card I've met all qualifications and I've waited the 2 to 4 wks for delivery but haven't got it plus I'm sup to get 2 not 1.if my 2nd line was outa the time frame it's because it took Xfinity 2wks to swap the service.
