Incentive not being honored by Xfinity

I took Xfinity connection (Home Internet & Mobile service) in Dec, 2024. This included $200 Amazon gift card to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. I have been reaching out to Xfinity via Phone, Chat and Store visit, everytime a new ticket is created but resolution over last 2 months. When I look in to Xfinity Incetive, it shows that I have $200 amazon gift card offer with eligibility on Jan 10, 2025. However, no one able to resolve this concern in spite of multiple attempts from my end reaching out to Xfinity.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_y3hxp9 Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your Amazon gift card. I can see how it would be frustrating not having a resolution with your attempts. I'd be happy to take a look into the tickets that have been issued, and get you in the right direction for resoluton. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityKassie This issue remains open after 8 days of the posting here and 2 months of follow up with Xfinity. There is not timeline for resolution provided. I can’t understand the reason for such delay in honoring written commitments. Can you help?
