Inappropriate questions asked by Xfinity Chat Agents

I'm really frustrated that I've had to chat with the Xfinity live chat agent function 3 times since moving to my new place, and 2 out of the 3 times I have had the service reps asking me inappropriate questions and pushy sales tactics.

I've been asked my service address and how my day is going while they pull up my account... then things get weird. I've been asked what I look like, how my health is, what I do for work, etc. It's incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate to be asked these questions, especially being a woman. I'm highly disappointed in whoever Xfinity is outsourcing hiring to for their chat agents and the lack of oversight regarding these questions being asked. Do better.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
