Inappropriate Behavior From Live Chat Agent
I contacted the live chat just to see why my bill went up. It ended up being taxes and fees [Edited: "Language"], but normal I guess. However, the chat agent asked for my name and address- all standard… but then he told me I had a nice and cute name? Nice would be fine, but cute is eye brow raising inappropriate. He then went on to try to upsell me. I declined and thanked him for his help and ended the chat. I’ve read a lot on here about chat agents asking for personal information as well…. This is not acceptable.
