inactive email

I haven't accessed my email in over 12 months and the automated responses just keep looping me back to the same page.

As a former Xfinity customer, you can still use your Comcast.net email address if you logged into your account in the 90 days prior to disconnecting your service. Your email account will remain active as long as you access it at least once every nine months. Learn more about using your Comcast.net email address after disconnecting. From September 2017 to September 2022 my email was active and easily accessible. It was last accessed by me in 2022. The mobile device I used to access it was not a 5G device and when T-Mobil upgraded to 5G it will not connect to the T-Mobil/Sprint network, therefore no email access. I have tried other devices only to get perpetually redirected to the "to reactivate your email just log in to your account" so PLEASE help me get into my email again.

I have exhausted every way possible to access the account without actually speaking to a human customer service rep.

I'm sorry, 2022 was the last time it was accessed on that device. Is there any way I can call customer support and give them my email log in info so they can verify actual last log in and determine if the email can be re-activated?

Is the account active?  because if the account is not active and you have not logged into the e-mail from any device within 90 days prior to the account being cancelled,  then the e-mail address is no longer active or available
