My account is showing inactive even though I paid my wifi bill. I have no internet and my cell service is non existing in my building.

Thankfully I was able to get help and the situation has been resolved. I'm still unsure of what happened entirely but it seems that when I tried to update my new address but somehow my membership cancelled.
