How can I pickup my new modem instead of having it delivered in 3-5 business days?

Hello, user_579b0d! We can help with picking up the modem instead. We can update your order from shipping to store pick up. If the modem already shipped, and you want to pick it up still, you would just need to return the one that comes in the mail but could still get the one at the store. Hopefully we can catch this before it ships so it is easier on you.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
