In store pickup

I ordered my getting started kit online and it only gave me the option to deliver the equipment to my house. I want to get it earlier than 3-5 business shipping days. Is it possible to pick it up in store now and cancel the delivery?

You bet! user_52ijaj That is not a problem. The only thing is you would still be responsible for the package in transit, all we would need is for you to either refuse delivery with the driver or drop off the getting started kit to our Xfinity Store after delivery. Unfortunately, there would not be a away for us to pull back a package once it is transit.
