In store pickup

I recently finished signing up for my new service and I only received an option for delivery for my getting started kit. Is there a way I can pick it up instead of having it shipped?

There should be options for you to choose your installation when using the Xfinity Plan Builder, @user_tqdcog. An installation section that may look like this:

How do you want to handle installation?
Easily install & activate your services with our Getting Started kit, or sit back & leave it to the pros. With options to select underneath.

Are you able to click the back arrow on your web browser to double-check? If you've already placed your order you can book your appointment and pick up your equipment in a nearby Xfinity Store.
