In Store Pickup

​I ordered my getting started kit online and it only gave me the option to deliver the equipment to my apartment . I’m in the middle of moving into an apartment and don’t know the area that well yet. I don’t want the delivery guy to leave my kit outside or drop it off when I’m not there. Is it possible to pick it up in store and cancel the delivery?​

If you just go into the store you can walk out with everything and they can mark it as done for you. Did you want me to look up the stores in the area for you?

@XfinityJosephB​ Thank you so much for the quick reply. I should have clarified. I have just created a new Xfinity account and I will be moving into my new apartment May 9th so I was hoping to just pick up the internet kit at the store but that wasn't an option in the ordering process so not sure if it's possible to cancel the shipment.

I can cancel the account and then you would be able to go into the store and get it if you would prefer. That would be up to you.
