In store pickup

I ordered my getting started kit online and it only gave me the option to deliver the equipment to my house. I’m in the middle of moving into an apartment and don’t know the area that well yet. I don’t want the delivery guy to leave my kit outside or drop it off when I’m not there. Is it possible to pick it up in store and cancel the delivery?

Hello, @user_99dd62. Congratulations on your new place! I totally understand not wanting a shipment showing up there when you are not quite ready for it. We can change your order to pick up your equipment at your local Xfinity store. The other option is once the equipment leaves our warehouse (typically within 24-48 hours) and you get a tracking number you can contact UPS and have it sent to your local UPS store for pickup. Which option would be more convenient for you?
