In store pick up

Hello there,

I recently made an order yesterday and chose the in-store pick up option, it said it would be ready in an hour but I haven’t seen the progress change since then. Is there anyway I can tell exactly when I can go pick it or the progress on it?

Thank you

@Rafdelgado00 Good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums Team for assistance. Unless you chose a specific time or an appointment time, you can pick up your order at any time during our business hours. I would like to be able to follow up with you, and make sure you received your equipment. When would be a good time to allow you time to pick up your equipment? I look forward to hearing back from you!

@XfinityKassie

Thank you for responding Kassie, so basically you mean even if I don’t get a text or a phone call saying it’s ready I can go to the store during business hours and get it? Sorry if I’m a bit confused here, and any time would be a good time to pick up my order, the sooner the better of course!

@Rafdelgado00 You are most welcome! I'm happy to help in any way I can. Yes, you can pick up your order at anytime during business hours. The only thing that would be specific to time, is if you had made an appointment with the store. Do you remember putting in a date for your pickup?
