In my yard while im at work
Today while I was at work, a xfinity worker came into my backyard with no notice or permission from me. This is the second time this has happened. What am I in my rights to do? We have asked politely two times.

From the Xfinity Residential Services Agreement:
ACCESS TO YOUR PREMISES
To provide you with the Services, we may need to enter your Premises. We may have our agents enter your Premises on our behalf. You agree that we (or our agents) may enter your Premises at reasonable times to install, configure, maintain, inspect, upgrade, replace, and remove the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own the Premises or have obtained the authority to give us access to the Premises. If you do not own the Premises, you agree to supply the owner’s name, address, and phone number, and evidence that the owner has approved our access, upon request.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I can understand that seeing someone in your yard you weren't expecting can be alarming. We are required to run our service lines in utility easements or right-of-ways. These usually run along the front or rear of the property. As a result, we may need to access the property to access our cables, equipment, or hardware.
