In my comcast.net email I get a large number of spams. How to ask Xfinity to monitor and reduce spams

After comcast got hacked, I changed my "Username" / account ID email and password. 2F is enabled through the xfinity app. Deleted the other associated email addresses I had.

Stopped using Comcast email for everything except my Comcast account. 

No more spam.
