Improperly grounded sub panel
I've recently moved into a house that I'm renting and we have Xfinity home internet. I went to take a look at my electrical service panel one day to flip a breaker for working on the thermostat, and i found the ground wire for the Xfinity sub panel is attached to the front face of the main service panel. It's not only grounded improperly (not attached to the main ground), but it's also attached in such a way that the main service panel door cannot be opened beyond ~30 degrees. An electrician took a look and said I needed to contact Xfinity to have a tech come resolve the wiring issue. The Xfinity app chat bot didn't know what to do when I typed "hazardous wiring"; it just kept trying to help me troubleshoot internet connectivity. So, I've found this forum and I'm hoping I can use this post to get connected with a local tech dispatch office to have this resolved.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
