Improper drop bury/ property damage

After repeated attempts to contact a representative or project manager and mitigate this HORRIBLE experience, I am only left with sending this message. I called your [Edit: Inflammatory] call center multiple times prior to this but they are [Edit: Inflammatory] So now it's a mess I still have no contact for a project manager or local technician to actually see or discuss this [Edit: Inflammatory] Just wasted time and energy.

You're [Edit:Language] cable burying team, cut up my yard and brought the cable to the wrong side of the house, the further side away from the connection so they ran more cable than needed. Furthermore they didn't bury the cable they tucked under the grass 1" unprotected, it shouldbe deeper in a protective plastic tube of sorts. They have done a lot of damage to the lawn for nothing, who's paying for this repair? So now it's a liability for everyone and will get damaged or damage equipment and people when the landscapers come to cut or aerate.
