Impossible to get anyone to speak to

I’ve been experiencing ongoing internet issues for several days now, with constant disconnects. It took two days just to get a technician scheduled. The technician who came out was great, but unfortunately the visit did not resolve the problem.

This issue has been ongoing since around Thursday and has continued to worsen, with disconnects occurring every 30 minutes to an hour.

To make matters worse, it has been nearly impossible to reach anyone for support. The chatbot is completely unhelpful, and when I call the support number, I’m told there is an outage in my area—even though it’s miles away and began days after my issue started—and the call is immediately disconnected.

At this point, the support system feels designed to create frustration rather than resolve problems. I’m looking for assistance in getting this issue properly addressed.

user_rlrg3w Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums for support with your connection issue. We would be happy to assist with getting the problem resolved for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
