impossible to get a hold of a line tech

I've needed a line tech to come install the service tap on the pole outside my house for weeks now. Every time I make an appointment they send me someone to install the modem and they can't do anything because the tap isn't installed. 

I keep going in circles and it's impossible to get internet to my house because they won't send the construction/line tech to install the tap!!!! Every time I call, I get transferred overseas and the have no idea what they're doing.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
