Impossible to downgrade online
I am trying to cancel my cable and keep my internet however, I see no option to do this online. I tried chatting and they sent me to call the customer service number as if I have 5 hours to be on a call. Anytime I call it takes hours to complete any requests.
I just need to cancel my cable. I do not watch tv and I pay way too much

I think they blocked my reply to you, but I don't know why...other than I might have said how much I dislike Comcast.....I did wish you well in your effort to downgrade your service.

They built it that way. Everybody gets an error page and a prompt to speak with a customer service person.
