Impossible to connect with an actual person.
Upon arriving home this afternoon I found the Xfinity access mini tower in my yard had the top part of the tower removed and it was laying in my yard which exposed the inside of the tower, wires and all, to the rain. No Xfinity personnel/vehicle was in sight. So I tried calling the customer service number to report the issue and the system kept hanging up on me when it couldn't process what I was telling it. I then tried the Xfinity app and it would only go in circles and would not connect me with a live human being. The WORST way to treat a customer is to ignore them and not let them talk to an actual person. It was a colossal failure of their system. So I had no way to notify Xfinity that their equipment/wiring is being rained on.
