Impossible to cancel service

I am moving out of state and Xfinity is not available in the new city and state that I am moving to.  To cancel, there is only an option to request a "call back" which I have done.  However, the screen has a spinning window of 3 dots and stays on this screen perpetutally.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I'm trying to check my bill and all I get is this circle with three dots or a 400 error or "service unavailable or stop working" messages. What's going on? Both my phone and laptop can't access anything past the login
