Impossible to cancel service... Tried 3 times this month with "scheduled" phone calls, no one ever called.

I own my own equipment - nothing belongs to this company and they refuse to allow me to cancel.  Schedule calls on January 8, January 15 and January 22.  No one ever called.  Double checked numbers and e-mail.  Have one more so-called call on January 29, right before my billing cycle ends.  Hope someone at this d__n company calls me back.  I have already moved to a state where Comcast / Xfinity is NOT available.  I've already paid for an extra unnecessary month.  Very upset with Xfinity.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
