I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the current state of my internet service and its exorbitant price. For the past six months, I have endured persistent connectivity issues, with service frequently going in and out despite showing full bars for reception. This level of service is unacceptable and falls far short of what I expect from Xfinity.
To add insult to injury, the price I am being charged for this unreliable service is outrageously high. I find it appalling that I am paying such a premium for a service that consistently fails to meet basic performance standards. The combination of these ongoing connectivity issues and the excessive cost is beyond frustrating.
If these issues are not addressed immediately and a more competitive price is not offered, I will have no choice but to seek service from another provider. I demand that you take swift action to resolve these problems and provide a satisfactory solution.
