Dear Xfinity Business Team,
I am writing regarding my account for TABOS C STORE (Account Number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]).
Currently, I am being charged $279.90 per month for services at my store. I am reaching out because I have received a formal offer from Kinetic Business for an identical service package at a rate of $99.00 per month.
I have been satisfied with your service quality, but I cannot justify a price difference of nearly $180 per month. I would prefer to stay with Xfinity to avoid the hassle of switching providers; however, this is only possible if you can bring my monthly bill down to a competitive range of $100.00 – $125.00.
Please review my account to see if you can match this rate. If we are unable to reach an agreement within this price range, please consider this my formal notice that I will be terminating my services with Xfinity and moving forward with Kinetic Business.
