I'm worried that the Comcast Orange Cable laying across my yard is a trip hazard

How do I get Comcast to come back out and finish their job? They installed a new line over 3 weeks ago and no one has come back out to finish the job and bury the orange cable. I am worried that someone is going to trip over the cable and get hurt if this doesn't get taken care of.

Hey there, @user_c9f944

It can take a bit of time to bury the drop, the orange cable you mentioned. Our team, however, can take a look into your account and see if there is any updates we can share with you. What is your full name and service address?

To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

What is the protocol for Comcast to bury their cables after doing work? Is this how they normally leave the jobsite?
