I'm trying to find someone that cares at this company about the way business is conducted re: customer accounts
I had 3 contacts yesterday with 3 diff Xfinity ppl one by phone..Gina for an hr trying to get my bill lowered (found out we've been paying $11.99/mth for sports something or other/streaming that we didn't authorize); anyways, after an hr of her saying pls hold on, she offered us a $12 discount...hmmm went and did online chats with 2 men that had foreign names and seemed mostly interested in being kind and friendly which is nice, but I need help with my account...first guy got disconnected from but he gave me a price to work with and then after he "rebundled" which was about $30 less/mth; we started talking about removing voicemail and the sports stuff and his messaging thing disappeared; tried one other guy and he had the bill k nocked down from almost $300/mth to a flat $200 when I asked for something in writing to make sure we would be keeping services we needed still, he said he had nothing to show me/couldn't do it...total of prob 4 hrs spent yesterday...
Seeking someone to help with our account to remove services we don't want and also give us a better deal. Thank you Signed, very frustrated customers, Irene and Jeff
