I'm Try This Again - Can I Please Get A Copy of Shreveport Comcast Channel Lineup?
Why is it so difficult and troublesome for Comcast to provide channel lineup brochures when requested?
I'm posting a pic of the yearly channel lineup that was a bill insert in my May 2021 bill! This was the last channel lineup that I got in a bill, before I had to disconnect Comcast service due moving to Cable One / Sparklight service area! I recently found out that even know I live in a Cable One / Sparklight area, I can get Comcast at my current address!
I would like to come back and return to Comcast, but boy you'll make it very difficult! I like to get a 2026 channel lineup like the 1 I posted, so I can see the breakdown of the channels and what packages certain channels are in!
Please don't tell me or give me a link to the Xfinity website, the website is pretty useless and garbage!
I'm looking for exactly for the new Shreveport channel lineup like the 1 I posted below!
Please point me in the right direction and let me know!
( And, I already know so please don't tell me none of these packages from 2021 are still available! I already know that, that is my entire reasoning for asking, requesting, and trying to get a 2026 channel lineup )

Hello @K.M20, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble locating a printed copy of the channel lineup for your area. I understand that you’d prefer not to use the online option, and I completely respect that. Since you’re not currently an active customer, we’re unfortunately not able to mail out a printed lineup. However, you may be able to get one by visiting one of our Xfinity Stores. I do realize that visiting a store can take time out of your day, and that’s exactly why we made the channel lineup accessible online to give customers a quick and convenient option without the extra trip. But I absolutely understand wanting a physical copy instead.
