I’m tired of being lied too

I am tired of being lied to by your Customer Service on the phone, I am tired of texting and being on hold for hours talking to somebody that has no clue how to help you. I am tired of you switching and baiting customers you tell them you lock them in in a price and then you change it . I was on a plan that was going to be $25 before the year was over. It jumped up 240. I spoke to somebody and they said oh we’ll get it back and we’ll give you the credits. That never happened instead you kept charging me so I decided not to pay. I then spoke with a Myk who apologize for the inconvenience. Someone was going to give me credits and then put me with now TV for three months. Was not aware that I was beginning a box the next day I got a delivery. I didn’t even know what it was for now I have a NOW TV box. I’m a flight attendant so I left to go on a trip when I got back home after a four day trip I had no Wi-Fi because you canceled my Wi-Fi because I now have now TV, which was not even set up. Says it was easy to set up, was not working with my TV. And I’m not even gonna lie 6 PM I started. I was still on the phone with all kinds of people till 10 PM not getting it worked. They then told me I was gonna have service come to my home and I told them well. Needs to come out before I go back on my next trip . Next morning early spoke to somebody else again promised they would have a tech come out and get me hooked up said they had it all scheduled. I asked if I could get an early schedule as I have work to do and I have no Wi-Fi because you cut me off. As it was getting closer to the time that I was supposed to have a tech, I spoke to somebody else again, you guys are so fast to transfer when nobody knows the answer you don’t even know you’re getting transferred and you’re getting another person. I think I spoke to within 24 hours 14 different people to be told. Yes they’re on their way to your home to then getting transferred again and being told no, you are set up two days from now well I wasn’t gonna be there. So you lied to me and I have it in writing on a text. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I’m now being charged for an NOW TV that I don’t even use. I never asked for this box, I don’t know when it’s gonna be picked up and the last supervisor I spoke to last month said it was my responsibility to send it back. Now they charged me over $80. They’re charging me a reconnection fee and a rental fee for a box that I’m not even using and I never even asked for because I wasn’t told I was getting a box. And where you outsource needs to know how to treat people and talk to people and understand the company I don’t have time to be on a phone for four or five hours at a time and less than 24 hours. How many people I have spoken to is absolutely outrageous. If you pull up my account, you can see how many times I was transferred not acceptable. Someone needs to come pick up this box and someone needs to give me my money back you are being reported to the better business bureau  on how you guys do business.. Shameful!

It should not be this difficult to file a complaint and speak with somebody at the head office. You have so many complaints. It’s not even funny anymore.
