I'm tired of being lied to, and tired of playing phone tag

Who do I have to reach out to to get an answer as to why a promo I signed up for was never honored and now my bill is even higher ? Chat support is worthless after multiple conversations and no resolution. At this point I'm about to pack up this Xfinity equipment and take it back. I cannot stand being lied to.
