I'm So Fed Up
I couldn't be more fed up with xfinity/Windstream. I been trying to get internet since Tuesday December 31st. Was told initially they would be out the next day New years day ( No Show ) called back that day was promised they would be out Thursday because the first order never made it over. Thursday came ( No Show) called back they said they would be out Friday ( No Show again) 3 times now. Called back yesterday so disgruntled my job is work from home may have lost job they said that technicians told them I already have service. WHAT!!!!! NO I DON'T found out they were going off my neighbors service. Then was told they would be out today Saturday, Guess what No Show again. Called back again, was told there is an order in for Monday. Windstream, Kinetic who ever you are please get it right. I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran and my PTSD is not good at this point I'm so 😡 upset. Need my internet please quit telling lies and fix it.!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service, terrible training Teach them not to LIE!!!!! Suppose to be recorded check it out!!!!!!

Hello user_5p4d06 this certainly sounds like a frustrating experience, and we are available to assist in any way possible. Was this order set up with Xfinity or Windstream? Did you have prior services with us at another location, and moving to this new home?
