I’m so deeply disappointed and disturbed
I canceled my services tonight at 4:26PM. The lady communicated to me that I would receive a call to retain me as a customer and to answer the call.
she during the call seemed to be I knowledgeable and very confusing in her choice of words, but fine.
I then receive a call from a Kevin from
the loyalty department to help me with a special of $30mo th price lock for 2 years but no contract. Too good to be true right? He asks me to type 9 to a number to confirm my account I type 9, I let him know I did he places me on hold to update my account… what do you know I’ve responded 9 to a message asking how likely I would recommend Xfinity after a terrible customer service call earlier that day.
I literally got scammed by xfinity… never got a call back and I’ve been on hold 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor.
I would actually communicate to everyone who is thinking of paying for this service not to. The cost of service rises with no warning or even an update letting you know and they will scam you given the opportunity.
