I'm moving to an address without Xfinity....we need a hub brought into the neighborhood right away!

So i am currently on the gigabit internet service for internet because I work from home and my 3 kids do virtual school from home.  We are moving to a new house and i just found out that Xfinity service is not offered in the neighborhood.  I have done research and found out that the Xfinity service line runs on the road that the neighborhood is on. The customer service rep said that we need to request a hub to be installed, so I need to figure out how to get that done right away.  We are moving in 4 weeks and the only service in the neighborhood is Windstream at 50Mbps, which is unacceptable. Please let me know how I can get this done.  Thank you!

It’s escalated to an Official Employee to help set you up a site survey. That will let you know if it’s possible to extend service and what costs to you are involved, if any

Great thank you very much!  We really hope to get Xfinity in the neighborhood.  I talked to several neighbors yesterday that said they all want the service in there.

@XfinityJoeB I am going to email you as well.   We are moving to a neighborhood that needs new service as well.

The sending of an unrequested PM is against Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.  If you have already sent that message, please refrain from doing so in the future.  When you send a message without being asked it's like cutting to the head of the line, disregarding those that have followed the rules.  Keep in mind, too, your PM will be answered in the order it was received - when requested.
