I'm moving and I need my services to overlap
Hello, I'm looking to move soon, but I need my internet to stay active at my old residence for a few more weeks while also setting up internet at my new place. Is there any way to do this?

Hi @user_051f63! Congratulations on the move! That's great to see you'd like us to move with you to this new address, and we can definitely make sure you have services at both locations. The best way to do this would be to set up services at the new location while keeping the current services active (instead of a transfer of services). Then you can let us know when you're ready to stop services at the first location.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
