I’m looking for technician that actually shows up at my house. So far two service appointments were no-shows.

My internet has not been working since Nov 2, 2026. A technician was promised to come to my house on Wednesday, November 4. That never happened. Another appointment scheduled a technician for Friday, November 6. I stayed home and waited. I received a message that the technician was here but no one was here. The final message was “sorry we missed you” except I was home. My front door was open and I was looking for a technician to arrive and they never did. Now I have to wait for an appointment three days from now and my Internet is still not working and none of the Customer Service people can think out of the box and try to help me.
