Hi there, user_quni5a! You can also sign into your account with your personal email address or your Xfinity ID. Once you are logged in, you can change your personal cell phone number associated with your Xfinity ID. You would want to use the Change a Mobile Contact Number section. Please let me know if you are able to get that updated. We are happy to help!
