I’m having trouble Installing cable box

Cable box PX013ANM  I’m having trouble self installing box. The prompt on tv says sorry seems to be some trouble RDK 03013.  On the front of cable box it says CA St.  It also says, looking for signal

The RDK-03013 error typically points to a signal or activation issue with your X1 TV box, meaning the box is having trouble communicating with the network. In many cases, this can be resolved with a couple of quick checks:

Make sure the coaxial cable is securely tightened on both the wall outlet and the back of the TV box
Try a simple system restart by unplugging the box from power for about 60 seconds, then plugging it back in
