I'm fouled by Xfinity Customer Service. It's a scam!
Upon contacting Xfinity's customer service, I was misled by a representative who claimed I could activate Xfinity Mobile service at no extra cost. Trusting his word, I proceeded, but the contract I received detailed a monthly charge of approximately $30. When I questioned this, the representative assured me of a discount that would reduce my monthly expense to around $10, plus a $10 discount on my Internet service.
However, upon receiving my first month's bill, I discovered that no discounts had been applied, leaving me with a monthly mobile service charge of $30. This experience felt like a complete scam!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
