I'm eligible for Xfinity Rewards but not unable to join
I get this screen when I try to sign up for Xfinity rewards:

From what I can tell my account is eligible. At this point I've spoken to at least 3-5 different C.S. reps all giving me different, wrong answers. One said it was because my account wasn't old enough. A month passed, still no luck. Another gave me a phone number to call that was offline.
Not sure why this is an issue, and it seems impossible to get anyone to actually help. They're all insistent I accept the free Xfinity mobile line, no thank you. Not to mention when you report you have an issue with Xfinity Rewards, it then hyperlinks you to an Xfinity rewards link which you can't access.

- Click "Sign In" if necessary
- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
- Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message
