I’m convinced that Xfinity customer service reps are scammers that add their own bills onto customer accounta
I’ve been talking to Xfinity customer service reps about seeing someone else’s profile when I log into my mobile account. The reps just keep on transferring me to different agents and that doesn’t stop. The weird thing is, all the agents names are a variation of the Indian names that I see when I log into my personal account. What’s worse is, everytime I request to deactivate my Xfinity mobile account, they end the chat right away or hang up the phone call. The Xfinity office in my area claims they can’t help me either so now I don’t even know what to do

This isn't how we want you to feel, and we hope that you can find a resolution to this as soon as possible. You stated, that you've called and chatted with agents, and are now trying to disconnect your Xfinity Mobile account, but have not been able to do so, is that correct?

Ok. Has anyone said why they cannot help with cancelling the services, educated you on Early Termination Fees (if any), or is that when the chats and calls are being disconnected - when you request to cancel?

No. I automatically get transferred or the chat gets disconnected as soon I request to deactivate my account. Honestly, I would prefer to talk to your fraud team
