im being charged a late fee when i cannot even access my billing.



on the mobile app ill get an error saying i cannot process a payment right now. when i tried paying over phone. i got disconnected saying there was an error, and when i tried to go online and pay i get this error message. my bill is being charged 75$ for a late fee when im not even allowed to pay? what kind of extortion is this?
