I’m at my wits end with this military appreciation gift card
Genuinely, I’m getting so mad. Why is it taking this long for a prepaid virtual card?! I’ve been given such wrong information time and time again, I don’t know what I should be believing. And yall have the “prepaid department” reading off of a script and not providing any information as to why things are taking as long as they are. This is a horrible way to treat military service members and veterans. You promised us a prepaid card, and now it’s time to send it, you pick and choose who you are going to send it to. This is absolutely ridiculous, I’m so frustrated, and am given NOTHING. So when am I going to get my card?! I was just told I have to wait another WEEK?! Can someone please explain how this makes any sense, whatsoever?! And I know that whoever tells me to message them is just going to give me the same information as EVERYONE else, which is nothing.
