I'm about to cancel my contract because I can't find a human being to talk to me

Hi I'm here with about 4,000 other people who seem to not be able to reach anyone at your f****** company, weird how that happens in the modern age where everything's a robot and yeah I spend the most money out of anywhere on my services, perhaps it's time to cancel them and look somewhere else, because I don't see how $150 a month doesn't earn you at least a person to talk to, for a basic question, I cannot move through the stupid voice assistant, no matter how many times I answer the questions, no matter how many times I check the box she hangs up on me I'm actually going to freak out if someone does not contact me somehow, or I'm going to file something with someone because this is not ethical or okay

I am sorry for how your experience has made you feel @user_cxz63k What questions do you have so that I may assist you?

@XfinityDena Its obvious. We need a phone number that we can talk to a real human customer service agent or at least some sort on connection to a real employee, not an automated system.

@user_mlc5ne thank you for taking time out of your day to provide feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve as a company and getting valuable input where we can implement change is important. The customer service number is 1-800-XFINITY (800-934-6489), but you do need to go through the automated system before being connected to an agent.

To connect with a live agent, you can use:

- the chat function inside the Xfinity Assistant: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant

- Xfinity Forums

- Reddit
- X
- Facebook
- Google reviews

I did see you had sent a live chat request, and will follow up with you there to assist further
