I'm a Diamond member previously using the Peacock benefit for years. But now my premium access seems to have gone away. Can someone help?

Hello. I've been on Diamond status for some years now, and have had the Peacock Premium benefit active for at least a few years. However, as of yesterday, this no longer seems to be the case. I can see on my rewards account that I can claim my Peacock benefit again; however, I don't know if this would be my same Diamond status perk, or the Peacock plan that's included with my gigabit plan. I do have an "Activate" button that should set up my Peacock account, but when I try to follow the instructions and provide the same credentials I was using before, I get an error that my Xfinity account is linked to another Peacock account. I do not have any other Peacock accounts. How do I resolve this? Do I have to use a new email for Peacock? I would strongly prefer to have Peacock through my Diamond status if still possible, since that doesn't appear to be time-limited like the offer through my gigabit plan likely is.

cam1229 Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the Peacock Premium offer through the Xfinity Membership program has become unlinked from your account. Did you happen to move recently, or did you have an account ownership change at all?

I have not moved, and I'm still the account owner. I did recently change my internet plan to the gigabit plan almost two months ago, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it, since gigabit and higher has an included Peacock plan, as far as I understand.

cam1229 Thank you for the additional information! It sounds like the change to your account removed the Peacock Premium Xfinity Membership benefit, and added the Gigabit Peacock Premium offer. This can happen if a new account is created or if the Peacock account codes are removed during the change. We can investigate further, and see what exactly took place.
