iguard link

our internet is down due to storms. Xfinity chat sent me the iguard link and they were going to add an additional way for me to use the internet. However, I can’t open the link. Anyone else have this problem?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_zlmv11, I am sorry to hear you've had bad weather and no service. This may help:

Xfinity WiFi hotspots provide millions of fast and reliable connections across the country, allowing users to save on mobile data. To find hotspots, look for network names like "xfinitywifi," "XFINITY," or "Xfinity Mobile," or use the Xfinity app's WiFi tab. Xfinity Internet, Comcast Business Internet, and Xfinity Mobile customers can access these hotspots for free. To connect, Xfinity Internet customers should download the Xfinity app, sign in, and follow the instructions to install the secure auto-connect profile. Android and iPhone users can connect automatically to available hotspots.
